Shipping policy

The following is our shipping policy for cake orders from our online store.

Cake delivery

Delivery rates start from RM15, calculated based on the delivery address entered at checkout.

All cakes are delivered via GrabExpress or Lalamove (Car) on the date and time selected during checkout.

You will receive delivery updates and a tracking link via WhatsApp.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery.

In the event of damage, no refunds will be provided. However, we can offer a replacement of the same cake at 50% of the original price as a goodwill option.

We recommend arranging your own preferred delivery service or self-pickup whenever possible.

Cake pickup

If you selected pickup during checkout, your cake will be ready by the date and time that you selected during checkout. 

You can arrange your own self-pickup or local delivery service from our cake shop (7 Jalan SS18/6, SS18, Subang Jaya, 47500 Selangor).
